Thank you for your interest...I am known for my upbeat,positive "can-do" attitude. Many say that I am very honest, understanding, straight forward, yet easy to talk to. I have lots of life experience as well as experience in group fitness, personal training, and athletics. I have cheered on a collegiate level, coached cheer, track, and tennis agility (top state competitors. I currently train a local semi-pro basketball league. I've also competed in NPC fitness competitions in the bikini and figure division. I've had two children and struggled with weight loss as well. With my experience and expertise, I feel I would make a great trainer to most anyone. :)
