Welcome! I am thrilled to be a part of the ACE team. As a mental health counselor, I have experienced many personal and professional challenges. In helping others and myself, the progression of adding a health coach credential seemed only natural. I believe in a mind, body, and spiritual (or energetic) connection we all experience. Each affects the other, and in order to provide holistic healing, change, or personal growth, it is important to understand the physical, mental, and energetic aspects of ourselves.
