About

I’m Robert Habib CPT, PPSC, PN1, and I’ve been successfully practicing as a personal trainer for 4 years. I graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2014 with my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and transitioned to Bayside Physical therapy an outpatient clinic in Millersville, MD after graduation and worked there for 2 years. As a tech, I had the privilege to work with a great group of physical therapists, and in the process obtained a great deal of knowledge about the human body and the rehabilitation process, laying the foundation of many of my training beliefs and philosophies. After spending two years at Bayside Physical Therapy, I then obtained my personal training certification and transitioned to Repke Fitness in Millersville, MD where I specialize in working with clients of many different backgrounds, having worked with clients with over 40+ conditions/limitations/disease ranging from back, shoulder, knee, and hip pain, multiple sclerosis, to sciatica pain, to hypertension just to name a few. Both through my experiences training over 100+ clients and by obtaining my Pain Free Performance Specialist certification founded by internationally recognized and one of the fitness and sports performance industry’s leading experts, Dr. John Rusin, I contain the knowledge, experience, and confidence to ensure that no matter what condition, disease, limitation(s) you may think is holding you back, I have the tools to adapt and build a program that fits your needs and leaves you feeling confident and safe in not only my abilities, but ultimately your abilities to reach your goals, enhance your health, and ultimately deliver the results you’ve been dreaming about.
