My name is Joshua Olson and i love what i do. For me personal training isn't just a job, its a passion. I love to watch my clients change, get stronger, reach goals, and the joy they have from their progress. But most of all, i love the relationships built from training. I've gotten to know some great people through training and i"m proud to call them friends. Personal training has been one of the biggest blessings in my life. We're all called to higher purpose in our lives besides just worrying about ourselves. We're made to serve. I thank God that He has given me this platform to do His work in others lives, and help build a healthy temple (body).
