My name is Joey Kane. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a kinesiology student at Pacific Lutheran University. I have been involved in exercise science, program development, and fitness training since 2012. I have worked with all kinds of different people including athletes, everyday gym goers, adolescents, men, women, and the chronically-ill in conjunction with physical therapists, doctors, massage therapists, and athletic trainers. I believe that one of our greatest blessings is the ability to sculpt ourselves into whatever we want. You can't buy a great physique, you can only form one through hard-work and proper direction. I hope to help make the world a healthier and more fit place one session, one client, and one workout at a time.
