My name is Meridith Oram and I am a Certified Health Coach with a specialist certification in Behavioral Change. Through my private practice, Love Yourself Towards Healthy, I help chronic dieters heal their relationship with food, fitness and body image via 1:1 sessions or group programming. I am also a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist. With a BA in Communications from Villanova University, I have been trained to approach wellness from all aspects of wellness (mental, emotional, environmental, social, spiritual, physical) and not simply weight loss.
