About
I became a Certified Personal Trainer with ACE in March of 2015. I have a degree from UCLA in History and Political Science, while most of my professional work experience is in government and non-profit work. I have always shown a deep passion for fitness, health, and service to others. I'm working toward a career in public relations, more specifically within government. My personal training business, Train Me Dave, is a way I can help others in addition to my career path in government. Although I am new to personal training, I grew as an athlete and leader in playing sports. Most recently I have completed marathons, began rock climbing, and I raised 3k for AIDs research prior to completing the 550 Mile Aids Lifecycle Bike Ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. I seek to work with clients who are positive, ready for change, and someone I can work with one on one.
