I have been training now for the better part of a decade and have worked with over a 1000 people of all ages and abilities. I started off with owning a franchise gym and GNC supplement store in the Minneapolis area. Not wanting the constraints of a franchise I sold them off three years ago and opened my own facility in the Fox Valley. We specialize in large group training with our focuses on cardio kickboxing, strength training and nutrition.
