I also hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology. I enjoy leading Zumba Fitness Courses. I have a passion for partnering with others to achieve their fitness and wellness goals by determining each client's individual strengths and abilities and coming up with a plan to achieve their optimal wellness.
