Kyle Dacey ACE Certified Personal Trainer USATF Level 1 Certified Avid distance runner and triathlete Kyle Dacey graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2013 with a degree in Sport Management where he has researched and written many reports on athletic nutrition and fitness, as well as the academic reform in NCAA athletics. He is currently in the Health and Human Performance and Applied Nutrition Graduate Program at Canisius College. Kyle was a Fairport High School track coach where he led many hurdler and sprinters to Sectional and State Championships. He is also a coach at the High Peaks Elite Distance Camp at the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center. At this camp, he specializes in cross country/track strength & conditioning and runner's nutrition. Kyle lives and believes in being a "24-hour athlete" by staying healthy, fit, and reaching your goals with training, sleep, nutrition, and recovery. He is passionate about helping clients and athletes achieve their full potential through a healthy lifestyle. Kyle currently trains for Marathons and Triathlons, specifically the Ironman type.
