My name is Bethany Mannix and I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years with experience as a physical therapy aide as well. I have successful experience working as a conditioning coach for a city youth football program, working with youth to college level athletes, coaching a variety of sports, and helping personal training clients ranging in age from 12-90. I also carry a certification in TRX Suspension training and a Diploma in Nutrition as well as Certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and am TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) LV 1 Certified. I have worked with clients of all levels and abilities and have experience working with clients with Parkinson's Disease, MS, Cerebral Palsy, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Cancer. I am motivated and enthusiastic and love the field of health, wellness, and fitness.
