My name is Brandon K. Rainford and I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder. Fitness has always been a top priority for me. I have always been involved in sports and physical activities such as basketball, football, track & field, soccer, mix martial arts, competitive bodybuilding and weight lifting, to name a few. Basketball was my first passion and is a sport that I still enjoy watching.
