I think exercise can and should be fun, after all we want to make it a long-term part of your life. I left my corporate career to do what I love - and that is fitness! I have worked with a variety of people from youth to mature adults with a variety of program designs from boot camp to low-impact strength and stretch, and I believe that every workout should be tailored for the individual at hand.
