I am a facilitator of fitness. I have been a personal trainer and gym owner for long enough to know without a doubt how to help people reach their goals. Fitness is my specialty and I know that it can help straighten out or at least improve every other aspect of my life as well as yours. I want to make a difference in the world and try to change some aspects of it in the process. I am a born leader and not perfect in anyway, but I know my view can help people that may be lost, looking for their way.
