Hi! I am a clinical research grant manager at FSU in the Nutrition and Integrative Physiology Dept. and clinical exercise specialist with a local physician run obesity clinic. I am a certified ACE health coach and certified behavior change specialist, as well as a clinical exercise specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I love working with people of all ages to help them discover activities that are enjoyable and fit their lifestyle, create changes in habits that will stick long-term, and set realistic goals to achieve success.
