About Elizabeth Gaspar: I have been a fitness enthusiast my entire life! Growing up competing in gymnastics and horseback riding... and decided to continue my passion for sports and fitness in both career and college education. Currently attaining my BS in Exercise Science concentrating in Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning, and Therapeutic Exercise. I currently am an ACE-PT and a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist from the International Society of Sports Nutrition. I am currently an athlete myself in powerlifting, olympic lifting, and performance training. I believe that fitness is the key in preventative medicine and can help not only enrich the body, but the mind as well. From performance related athletic goals of a seasoned athlete or an individual wanting to find an activity they like to do, I can help them reach their goals. Finding an exercise program that you like is the most important goal. I hope to share my passion for this lifestyle with others.
