About
As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Group Ride Instructor, I am inspired to help others achieve their fitness goals, it won’t be easy, but it will be worth it. I grew up actively playing in sports, basketball and track. My love for coaching began as an assistant in my daughters’ cross country and track programs. I now run to help others through my company, Sierra Running. I offer non-competitive running programs from the beginner run/walk 5K to the 1/2 marathon. I love running and cycling and hope to inspire others.
