About

Victoria has been hooked on movement for as long as she can remember. Over the years, she’s done everything from classical ballet to Pilates to TRX to Yoga. She’s been lucky enough to have always found amazing teachers who have helped her find her inner strength and the discipline to push her body further than she thought she could go. Over the years, she dreamed of passing all of the wonderful things she’s learned from her teachers to other people, but she always wound up having to choose between the dream and her beloved, extensive career in advertising and promotions. In 2014 the perfect opportunity presented itself and Victoria decided to begin the journey to becoming a teacher. After earning her American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Instructor certification, she discovered it was hard to choose which kind of fitness she wanted to teach – there are just too many great things out there. Then, at the end of a Yoga Sculpt class, the instructor mentioned an upcoming training sessions and Victoria felt her heart light up with excitement. Yoga Sculpt is the perfect synthesis of yoga and fitness and the chance to bring it and her knowledge of fitness to others was too good to miss. After completing Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training and the Yoga Sculpt Extensions Program, Victoria was hooked and completed her 200-hour Power Yoga Teacher training. Regardless of which format she is teaching, Victoria hopes to help students find their inner power and learn their bodies and minds are capable of more than they ever knew.
