I work in the Jeff Rouse Swim and Sport Center (JRSSC) at 1600 Mine Road in Stafford VA 22554. I'm an ACE certified Personal Trainer with a Physical Education degree from East Stroudsburg University. After college, I served in the U.S. Army for four years, and conducted physical training programs both stateside and abroad.
