Fitness and Health have been my passion since I was a child. Started out as a PE teacher for elementary children I moved into the Personal Training field in 1997. Opened my own training studio in 2001 and have expanded to offer Pilates, Yoga and Barre training, along with always updating personal training needs. Keeping up with the ever growing adult population with special needs, balance and core development are always a part of my programs.
