Phillip Vullo blends his life long personal fitness experience, education and personal training certification to create effective personal training programs. His fitness background includes soccer, gymnastics, resistance training, cycling, yoga, golf, competitive horseback riding, running, racquet ball and canine agility. Phillip has a BBA in Marketing, is a former competitive soccer player at the youth, high school, NCAA and Amateur levels, has a mind body specialty certification and is a licensed soccer coach. Phillip currently allocates his free time to golf, road and indoor cycling, yoga, resistance training, photography, motorcycling and various other activities.
