About
I was trained and certified first in Australia, and made my way to the United States and there was no turning back. Have loved training with the best professionals around the world.I first started as a group fitness instructor and later persued into personal trainer and as a weight management consulant. I have a developed my own signature programs and healthy sucessful diet programs. Lani's Work-Out was built in 1986, and we conduct sessions at the KLGCC,office premises, outdoor mass classes,and at your home. I love applying the science of exercise and nutrition into my programs.
