Welcome to an opportunity to live better. My name is Kelly and I have been a personal trainer in clients' homes for over 20 years. I enjoy helping my clients feel better about themselves and assisting them in reaching their personal goals. I believe that everyone has a "personal best". My goal as a trainer is to help my clients reach theirs. I currently hold a certification in Brain Health Training as well and incorporate that into the workout.
