I have been a member of AARP for a number of years. I have been a fitness professional through most of my adult life as a Physical Education Teacher and as a Personal Trainer/Medical Exercise Specialist. For the past 10 years I have successfully worked with men and women ages 12 through 95, many with injury, health and weight problems. I specialize in individuals with balance/falling issues.
