About
I am an A.C.E. certified personal trainer who works with a variety of cliental. I train my clients at the Athletic Club in Wapakoneta, Ohio. I offer a variety of workouts that include strength training, cardiovascular, balance, core conditioning and flexibility. I also teach aerobic and strength training classes. I specialize in older adult fitness and overweight cliental. I provide indivualized programs and the motivation to achieve your fitness goals. I am available Monday thru Friday with occasional saturday sessions. I train clients all hours of the day with the exception of aerobic class times.
