As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Fitness Professional, Yoga Teacher, and Health Coach, I'm committed to guiding you through your wellness journey, while empowering you with knowledge for long-term success. I studied Health Sciences-Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University and specialized in Holistic Nutrition/Herbal Pharmacology at Rocky Mountain Center for Botanical Studies. I also completed a residential training program for Personal Training, Group Fitness Instruction, and Mind-Body Integration through Fitness Professionals International. I’ve been fortunate to work with some of the industry’s leading health & fitness experts and continue to be inspired by their example. With personal and professional experience in various areas of fitness and wellness, I understand how challenging it can be to devote time to your health; it is a choice that you can make.
