Hello My name is Lora and I was interested in the fitness field my entire life. I grew up doing gymnastics and was always into a healthy lifestyle. I graduated from FAU with my B.S in Exercise Science and Wellness Education. I interened at a sports therapy center and became interested in the rehab side of training.
