I've been working in the fitness field for the past 20-25 years. For the past 12 years, I've been employed by a health insurance company (HMSA), as a Health Educator. My responsibilities there were to develop and facilitate health and wellness programs for employer, community, and senior groups. In addition, I have just enrolled in the ACE AARP program and I am looking forward to working to help enhance the lives of our senior population. It is my passion to not only help others to improve their health, but to motivate them to continue their quest to living healther lives.
