I opened Better Bodies 14 years ago at St. Thomas Hospital, Wellness Center in Nashville, Tn. My trainers and I also go to homes upon request. (www.betterbodies.us) Coming from a classical ballet background and 30 yrs. experience in the health and fitness industry, I place importance on form, pain free movement, and function. Clients are given a postural assessment,and movement pattern assessment. I am a graduate of the Gray Institute as a Fellow of Applied Functional Science; Certifications: Pain Free Movement Specialist; Corrective Exercise Specialist;Functional Manual Reactive Therapy; Golf Performance Specialist; Yoga; Health Coach; Personal Training; and Pilates. My philosophy is to make positive connections with my clients and to teach them how to become managers of their own body. I use strategic corrective exercises based on the individual's body mechanics.
