My name is Mariela, I am an ACE certified Personal Trainer and an ACE certified Health Coach. I have been serving Broward and Palm Beach counties with enjoyable and safe fitness programs. All my programs are tailor made for my clients. My mission is to help you achieve your goals, whether it is to lose weight, build muscle, reduce stress, sleep better or be stronger. I will design a program flexible to your age and abilities. I will help you develop realistic and attainable goals, set up a program and make sure it is safe and effective. A LITTLE INFO ABOUT ME..... I have always been very active in competitive sports like field hockey, volleyball, Judo, swimming and track and field. I also love cycling, running and swimming. I am: CPR / AED certified, First aid Certified First Responder Lifeguard certified I took classes on functional training, Prenatal and post partum exercise, Older adults, Core training, Cardiovascular problems, Sports Conditioning, Optimal Muscle Training and Cardio Fitness for Fire Fighters- IAFF
