About

Teaching fitness classes began as a hobby in 1989, but quickly became a passion for this active mom of two boys. Nichole has taught a variety of class formats in her years leading group exercise classes, including Zumba, Red Hot Dance Fitness, BootyBarre, STRALA yoga, indoor cycling, bootcamp, step, BOSU, TRX, TRX Rip Trainer, strength, conditioning, circuit training, high/low aerobics, water fitness, barre fitness, yoga & prenatal yoga. She's been coaching clients individually & in small groups since 2008. Nichole enjoys the diversity of teaching different formats and populations in group classes and individual training sessions. Nichole is an avid runner with a special interest in full marathons and sprint triathlons. She can often be seen hitting local roads and trails for an early morning run. Nichole enjoys travel, strength training, skiing, boating, and hiking. Her favorite leisure activity is family time with her husband and sons. 'It's inspiring to train clients & see them progress to their highest potential – whether that’s feeling successful in a fitness class, improving functional range of motion, training for an event, or in weight loss/health maintenance.
