I am the fitness director at PT Plus Health and Wellness. We offer 1-on-1 personal training, fully personalized workouts in a group setting known as Group Personal Training, and core-based mat classes. With almost 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry I develop core-based complete fitness programs. Services are offered in a noncompetitive and friendly environment. My client base ranges from 10 years to 90 years old and I work with a large number of medically challenged clients. Diabetes (Types I and II), MS, Parkinson's Disease, Lupus, COPD, and joint replacements are among the conditions I have trained.
