I have over 20 years experience working in the health and wellness industry as a health coach, lifestyle & weight management consultant, professional trainer, fitness instructor, and massage therapist. My holistic mind and body approach takes into account the complex emotional, physical, dietary, & lifestyle factors affecting health and wellness. I offer a functionally integrated program which includes nutrition, cognitive behavior, personal training, stress management, and massage therapy. Clients will learn how they can increase energy, and fitness levels, reduce or stop weight gain and sustain changes long-term to improve their health. I will also consult with other healthcare practitioners if requested to ensure the best possible results.
