I am a retired professional NABBA bodybuilder. Currently doing zoom personal training sessions. I have won many bodybuilding titles. Most importantly, the overall winner in the 2012 NABBA Nationals, and finally, The winner in the 2017 over 50 NPC Metropolitan . I also have a black belt in karate.I specialize in strength training, body sculpting with an emphasis on isolation exercises and overall healthy living and eating choices.
