I would love to talk with you about your fitness goals. I'm Richelle Winstead from DeMotte, IN. I got started with the fitness industry in 1993 at a YWCA as an American Red Cross swim instructor & senior "aquacize" water aerobics instructor. I'm AFAA certified in group aerobics and a member of IDEA fitness. I've completed the "Professional Fitness Training" program at IU & am a certified ZUMBA instructor. I have experiance working with active seniors. I also have special training certificates in "Tai Chi for Health and Fall Reduction" and "Indoor Cycling". I enjoy helping others & watching them improve themselves, and consider myself patient & kind, yet motivating. You'll be encouraged to do your best to reach YOUR personal fitness goals.
