There he studied kinesiology and received his major as an exercise specialist. Pat also plays professional football in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA Certification Commission , a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Can-Fit-Pro . He has experience training senior citizens, the general public and has worked in close relationship with other athletes and even bodybuilders.
