About Jason Keigher: When I was 4, my family moved to the New York City area - and I'm STILL here! I attended private school in New York and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Touro College in 1998. I am certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); as well as by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES), performance enhancement specialist (PES), women's fitness specialist (WFS) and senior fitness specialist (SFS). Additionally, I am certified by The Sports Club/LA as a pre/post natal and integrated flexibility specialist. I am also a certified Power Plate, Kettlebell, TRX, Tupler Technique (pre/post natal), Bella Bellies® Prenatal Pilates and Stretch, Momilates® Pilates for Mommies and Stroller Moves® classes instructor. I have earned my CPR and AED certifications from the American Heart Association. I began my fitness career over ten years ago with Equinox Fitness Clubs and I spent over five years employed as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club/NY. I am available for personal training in your home, office, park or gym throughout New York City. My specialties include weight loss/gain, body toning, shaping, strength and flexibility training, postural correction, kettlebell training, core strengthening and pre/post natal workouts.
