I have my own MOBILE personal training business called "Fitness 4 U of Winchester, LLC." I provide customized fitness routines in the comfort of your home using what you have available and the tools that I bring. I have been an ACE certified personal trainer since 1999. I have several other specialty certifications that have enabled me to teach many different fitness classes. One of my favorites is sculpt and tone on the stability ball. My most recent certification was strength training for seniors. My philosophy is to include the "whole package" of emotional, mental and physical aspects of a person to achieve a better quality of life. It's all about you!
