About

Since 2000, I have been fitness training my clients with weights and group exercise classes including: yoga, Pilates, water aerobics, exercise balls, step aerobics, circuit training, and more recently Zumba. Although I mostly teach and train clients and spa members at a resort, I have also taught seniors water aerobics at various YMCAs. It is exciting to be a part of other peoples fitness commitments.
