About Todd Templin: After obtaining my ACE certification I was hired as a personal trainer at Gold’s Gym SoMa, San Francisco.  A career change soon turned into a passion to help people become healthier and live a better life.  Helping my clients transform their bodies and fitness levels, I found to be very rewarding.  After about a year at Gold’s Gym, I became their Fitness Director.  This was a challenge that I was more than happy to take on.  I not only was helping my clients reach their goals, but I was helping new trainers start their careers.  Mentoring new trainers to help them help their clients reach their goals was exciting.  I then wanted to know more, so I got my NASM personal trainer certification and then my NASM corrective exercise specialist certification.  About 3 years ago I decided to resign my position as Fitness Director and venture off to start my own business - Todd Fitness Personal Training.    My clientele is diverse and I like it that way.  I work with people living with HIV, dealing with cancer, trying to stay healthy, weight loss, muscle gain or just trying to be all they can be at 20/30/40/50/60…  All of these wonderful people make my work very diverse and rewarding.    When I’m working with my clients I focus on what they want to achieve and what they need to address with their muscle imbalances.
