I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Certified Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist working in a hospital based Wellness Center primarily with middle aged adults to older adults. I enjoy training people of all levels of fitness and enjoy horseback riding, boating, indoor cycling and yoga. I am currently pursuing my bachelors degree in Sports and Health Fitness in my spare time.
