I am passionate about fitness. As a teenager and young woman that struggled with overweight and poor self concept, I can definitely empathize with anyone challenged by these issues. As a personal trainer, I enjoy creating individualized workouts for my clients. In between sessions, I prepare my clients for success with a plan they can follow on their own. Positive changes happen as we work on each obstacle or challenge. It is a my pleasure helping clients reach their fitness goals!
