About
Mechelle Haflich graduated from UC Davis with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology. She has been a fitness advocate since 1991, starting as an aerobic group instructor. Upon completing her Bachelor's Degree she began weight loss consulting and personal training to a variety of individuals seeking a life style of health and wellness. Her passion developed as a teenager when she developed an eating disorder, anorexia nervosa, and through this battle was compelled to help others overcome their own battles of health.
