Stephie has been featured in the internationally published and award winning IDEA Health & Fitness Source Magazine as an industry expert and has been recognized as an Elite Personal Fitness Trainer by IDEA, the world's leading membership organization for health and fitness professionals. Stephie has written for a newspaper’s health and fitness column, has worked with amateur as well as professional athletes, can be seen in the internationally promoted Egoscue Method East–West Breathing DVD, and is quoted as an industry expert on the back of the Egoscue Pain Free Workout Series DVDs. Stephie is also featured as a posture expert in Tai Chi Master, Troyce Thome’s, Tai Chi for Strength and Balance DVD. Stephie specializes in the areas of posture alignment, body fat/weight loss, total body fitness, strength training, functional/core conditioning, cardiovascular training, athletic/sports performance, TRX Suspension and Rip Training, self-myofascial release (SMR) techniques, and nutrition. In addition, Stephie has expertise in pain management through posture alignment therapy and post rehabilitation exercise therapy. Stephie also has access to train clients in a HydroWorx 2000 Aquatic Therapy Pool (the only one of its kind open to the public in all of Southern California) for goals ranging from rehab to performance training.
