About
Been an ACE gold certified instructor since 1986. Over the years I have specialized in aerobic dance, step, older adults, aquatics and recently Pilates and Belly dancing. I teach fitness as well as children's dance. I worked for 12 years at Australian Body Works in Atlanta with Tony Deleede. I also worked for 12 years with a senior fitness program and created 4 videos which were distributed internationally. I currently work for the local parks & recreation department coordinating the fitness and dance programs there. In 2016, I added Tai Chi Fitness to my offerings.
