Todd Durkin, MA, CSCS, is an internationally recognized performance coach, personal trainer, author and speaker with 44 fitness DVDs and a book, "The IMPACT! Body Plan," to his credit. Todd trains dozens of professional athletes, including NFL superstars Drew Brees, Aaron Rodgers and LaDainian Tomlinson.  The owner of Fitness Quest 10 in San Diego, Calif., named by Men's Health as one of the Top 10 Gyms in the United States for the third consecutive year. Todd's team focuses on personal training, massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, sports performance training and nutrition.

Todd has appeared on 60 Minutes, ESPN and NFL Network, and he has been featured in multiple publications, including Sports Illustrated, USA Today, and Men's Health.  He was also recently ranked No. 32 on the "Top 100 Most Influential People in Health & Fitness." He and his wife have three children.
