Decline Chest Press

Target Body Part:
Arms, Chest, Shoulders

Equipment Needed:
Barbell, Bench

Lie face up on a decline chest press bench, and grip a barbell with the hands slightly wider than shoulder-width. Lock the legs into the pads by pressing the shins forward and the hips back into the bench while lifting the bar off the rack and straightening the arms. Allow the elbows to bend out to the side to slowly lower the weight towards the chest. Stop before the bar reaches the chest, and press the weight upwards to return to the starting position.
