SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Jan. 13, 2005 – The recently released Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005, a joint project of the Departments of Health and Human Services and Agriculture, outline the need for Americans to limit calorie consumption and get more physical activity. The American Council on Exercise (ACE), America’s non-profit fitness authority, supports these guidelines and continues to urge consumers to lead healthier lifestyles.
