Bookstores can order study materials directly through ACE by calling 888-825-3636. For ACE Educational Partners, a 20% discount will apply. For non-partners, please inquire about bulk discounts available when you place your order. The American Council on Exercise accepts purchases made by credit card or purchase order. To establish terms, bookstores will need to complete a credit application. In addition, bookstores that haven’t established any purchased history with ACE will need to make two pre payments for materials to establish payment history.
Bookstore Return Policy
ACE accepts returns within 60 days of the invoice date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all return orders. All returns must be authorized by accounting prior to shipping the merchandise back. Please forward to return requests via mail or fax. The invoice from which the return originates must be paid in full before the return will be accepted. No credit memos will be issued. Shipping charges are not refunded.
