Cancellation Policy

The Symposium refund policy is as follows:

  • Through October 15, 2009 — Full refund, less $50 processing fee
  • After October 15, 2009 — No refund


Cancellations not received prior to October 15, 2009 are considered no-shows; refunds are not issued for no-shows. All cancellations must be in writing and can be emailed to: symposium@acefitness.org.
